How To Save Marigold Seeds

Did you know you can get hundreds of marigold seeds from one plant? Each flower head can have 30 seeds!

The marigold seeds must be harvested at the right time in order for the seeds to be viable.

The seeds should be both black and white-this indicates that the seed is fully developed!

Keep moisture away from the seeds, or they will rot.  Make sure to store them in an air tight container.

Plant the seeds the following spring after all chance of frost has passed.
