How To Save Pumpkin Seeds To Eat

Pumpkin seeds are full of nutrients, so don't toss them after you carve pumpkins!

They can easily be saved and stored for eating- but you must properly dry them to prevent rot.

Seeds will easily become moldy if not dried properly-see above!

First rinse your seeds and separate the pumpkin "guts".

Next you'll want to use our double dry method to make sure no moisture is left in the seed.

These seeds can then be stored for 3 months and eaten at your leisure!

Or freeze them for up to a year!

Don't miss out on saving pumpkin seeds this year.
